How long does delivery take?

Generally up to 5 days for standard models. Delivery lead time for special models will be advised on request, but is generally no more than 14 days, including manufacturing and shipping from Europe.

Can I return the transformer if I am not satisfied with the results?

All SYMBIOCEUTICALS Harmonizers come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the product with its original packaging for a refund less postage and handling costs. Does not apply to special order transformers and telephone transformers once the packet has been opened.

Is the transformer insured on delivery?

Yes, in line with the delivery terms of the carriage company.
